The enquiry on this website
The enquiry form sends your name, business details, email address, selected package and message to Formspree, which processes the submission and delivers a notification to our connected enquiry inbox. Submissions are also stored in the Formspree account; the current plan provides 30 days of submission history. See Formspree’s privacy policy for details of its processing. Your information is shared when you press Send enquiry.
How your enquiry is used
Your name, business details, email address and message are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss the project and, if you choose to proceed, deliver the agreed service. Information needed for a requested proposal or contract is used to take those steps; other correspondence is handled for the legitimate purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Access and retention
Enquiry information is accessed by the people handling your enquiry at dotcomstudio, Formspree and the email/platform providers needed to handle correspondence. It is not sold. It is kept only while needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work; please ask if you would like an enquiry deleted. If you become a client, relevant project and billing retention details will be agreed as part of the service.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites. No advertising trackers are used and the site does not set its own cookies. Your light or dark appearance choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so it carries across pages. It is not sent to us. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request information (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site. If any other analytics are introduced, this information will be updated and an appropriate consent approach implemented.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use where applicable, through the enquiry form. You may also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
