Side by side
Everything,
in a little more detail.
The comparison below shows the standard scope. If you don’t need an included service, we can agree to use that time elsewhere — for example, replacing competitor research with additional simple pages. Bronze can therefore include more than one page where the agreed work fits within the package. Swaps depend on the time and complexity involved, rather than a fixed item-for-item exchange; your tailored scope and price are confirmed before work begins.
*Indicative delivery once content, access and approvals are available. Privacy/cookie information pages sit outside the main-page allowance.
What launch support means
Fixes to agreed delivered work and up to one hour of minor content adjustments across the support period. New pages, features and rebrands need a separate quote.
What local SEO means
Research into relevant searches and local competitors, applied to useful page content and on-page setup. It builds a sound foundation; it does not guarantee rankings.
What stays yours
Your domain, content and platform accounts. The handover and any third-party licences are explained in your proposal, so you understand how the site is maintained.
After the launch
A little care
goes a long way.

Good questions
Before we begin.
The practical details, explained clearly.
Do I need to know anything about websites?+
No. The process starts with a conversation about your business, customers and what the website needs to do. You’ll have clear decisions to make, with guidance along the way.
What does the one-off price include?+
Consultation, the agreed design and build, copy support, local search research, analytics setup, revisions, launch and the stated support period. The scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Are there any ongoing or annual costs?+
The design and build fee is a one-off payment. Your domain name is separate and usually renews annually; we’ll help you compare the best-value options and check renewal prices. Hosting may be free or paid, depending on your website’s needs. Business email, booking services, paid embeds or higher enquiry-form limits may also carry monthly or annual charges if needed. Any such costs are confirmed before you commit. Monthly website care is optional. Your domain and platform accounts should be in your name, with access granted to the studio.
Can you refresh my existing website?+
Yes. Useful content and existing branding can be retained while improving the structure, visual design and mobile experience. Existing page addresses and business email are considered as part of the move.
Can customers book or pay online?+
The packages focus on information and enquiries. Links to existing reservation tools can be added, and Gold includes one standard booking integration. Shops, online payments and bespoke booking systems need a separate scope.
Will the website rank first on Google?+
No ranking or enquiry volume can be guaranteed. The work covers relevant local search research, useful content and sound on-page foundations. Ongoing SEO campaigns are separate from website care.
How does ongoing support work?+
Each build has a defined launch-support period. After that, optional monthly care covers checks and a set allowance of small edits. You can also keep your website without a care plan and pay your platform directly.
How do payments and revisions work?+
The proposed payment structure is 50% to begin and 50% after approval, before launch. Each package includes a set number of consolidated revision rounds; additional scope is agreed and quoted first.
